Dr. Ashleigh Molloy is an energized and motivated leader. He is currently the President of the TransEd Institute, a global leader in transformational professional development. He consults, presents and delivers training at international conferences on varied topics. He is a respected Keynote speaker, adjunct professor, author and an internationally renowned workshop presenter who has appeared on both radio and television. He has devoted himself to the public good through building a community that includes ALL and is focused on driving innovation and delivering measurable results towards managing a sustainable transformation in education worldwide.

As a professional with extensive experience traversing three decades, he has worked with school boards, governments, NGO, and corporations around the world. His contribution and alternative perspectives provides insight and adds momentum to strategic priorities that better serve the community of stakeholders. His career roles include experience as an education consultant, principal and board-wide administrator within the publicly funded school system. He has taught at elementary, secondary and college levels. He has taught special education courses/additional qualification course with York University. In his previous position as a Coordinator, he applied his vision of equity among diverse cultural groups in the city by organizing an annual international education symposium for secondary level students as a means of building bridges of understanding and respect for differences.

He has facilitated training and presented globally in Kuwait, at the University of Turku (Finland), Oslo University (Norway), at the University of Monterrey (Mexico), University of San Carlos (Guatemala), the United Kingdom, and across the USA and Canada. He has keynoted and presented at the Conference of the Americas (Monterrey), and the Global Summit Conference (Washington, D.C.). In addition, he was a speaker at the World Down Syndrome Conference at the United Nations at the World Down Syndrome Congress in Singapore, Vancouver, and Dublin.
